Hi, I'm Dzulhelmy, the person behind befday. Growing up, birthdays were never really a big celebration for me. They often felt like just another day. As I got older, I realized there are so many birthday rewards, freebies and special offers from different brands—but most people never discover them because they're spread across countless loyalty programs, emails and apps.
That realization became the reason I started building befday. I wanted to create one place where anyone could easily find birthday perks and never miss out on something they deserve. More than that, I wanted birthdays to become something people genuinely look forward to every year.
To me, birthdays aren't about spending lots of money or throwing the biggest party. Sometimes it's the little things that matter most—a free coffee, a slice of cake, a discount from your favourite brand, or simply discovering something that makes your day a little brighter. Those small moments can make someone feel remembered and I think everyone deserves that feeling.
Befday started as a passion project, but my vision has always been much bigger. I want it to become the place people think of whenever their birthday is coming up—a place that helps them discover rewards, celebrate with the people they love and create memories they'll look forward to every year.
I'm still building, improving and adding more brands every day. This is just the beginning and I'm excited to see befday grow into something that makes birthdays a little more special for millions of people around the world.
